What is ProspectingView?

ProspectingView is a CRM and calling platform built for commercial real estate prospecting. Upload the spreadsheets you already have, from CoStar, Reonomy, HubSpot or your own lists, and ProspectingView sorts out which columns are owners, phones, emails, properties and companies, cleans the addresses and avoids creating duplicate people. Ask for the right people in plain English, for example “Austin multifamily we haven’t touched in 6 months”, and save them as a list. Then call through the list one person at a time with the built-in power dialer. It skips disconnected numbers, respects calling hours and do-not-call lists, drops your voicemail at the beep and logs every outcome. Around the calls, track deals, tasks, notes and emails on each record, match buyers’ needs against sellers’ properties, and produce flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, LOIs and NDAs from your records.
