Import your first list
To import your first list, open ProspectingView in the side menu, press +, choose Upload File and drop in an Excel or CSV file, such as a CoStar or Reonomy export. ProspectingView reads it and opens a seven-step review. Check each step, add the records to a new list on the last step, and press Apply Import.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You have set up your workspace.
- A spreadsheet of properties, owners or contacts: an Excel workbook (.xlsx) or a CSV file (.csv), 25 MB or smaller.
- About 10 minutes for a first file.
- In the side menu, open ProspectingView. You see the Contacts grid.
- Press the + button at the top right of the grid, then choose Upload File.
- Drop your file into Upload Spreadsheet, or press Choose file. Type an Import name such as “First list”, and press Upload.
- Wait while ProspectingView shows Analyzing your file…. For a large file you can press Go to Home; the review opens when it is ready.
- On Review sheets, check that each tab says what it holds, for example “Each row becomes a property.” Press Continue.
- Press Continue through Connections, Skipped columns, AI Suggestions and Column mapping, fixing anything that looks wrong.
- On Invalid Rows, fix or drop any row listed.
- On Confirm & apply, under Add these records to a list, choose + New list and type a List name, for example “First calls”.
- Press Confirm Import, then Apply Import.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”The page says This import has been applied with how many rows were imported. Press View list to open your new list. Your properties, owners and contacts are also in their grids, with addresses cleaned and placed on the map.

I have more files to import
Section titled “I have more files to import”Import them one at a time. People and properties you already have are matched, not duplicated. See Re-import without duplicates.
