How ProspectingView uses AI
ProspectingView uses AI to match your spreadsheet columns, turn plain-English searches into filters, summarize calls and email threads, draft text, and suggest updates to your records. AI never changes your records without your yes: extracted facts arrive as suggestions you accept or dismiss. AI requests go only to endpoints that keep nothing, and your data is never used to train AI models.
Where AI helps

What AI never does
Section titled “What AI never does”- It never writes to your records on its own. A suggestion is only applied when you accept it. Anything you or your team wrote by hand is left alone when AI writes descriptions.
- It never sends anything by itself. Emails and texts it drafts wait for you.
- It never invents your numbers. In documents, AI writes only the narrative. Prices, sizes, cap rates and other figures come from the record.
- It is never trained on your data. Requests go only to AI providers that keep nothing after answering.
Where your data is processed
Section titled “Where your data is processed”ProspectingView is hosted in the US. AI requests go to the providers listed on the Subprocessors page, each used only on terms that keep no copy of your data and never train on it. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Monthly AI usage
Section titled “Monthly AI usage”Some AI features, such as generating descriptions, count toward your workspace’s monthly AI allowance. The screen tells you before you start one of these. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I accepted a suggestion by mistake. Can I undo it?
Section titled “I accepted a suggestion by mistake. Can I undo it?”Yes. The change is recorded on the record’s activity history like any other edit, so you can change the field back. Nothing else on the record is touched.
Why didn’t AI fill in a field I expected?
Section titled “Why didn’t AI fill in a field I expected?”AI only proposes a value when it finds one in your notes, calls or emails. If it isn’t sure enough, the suggestion is hidden until you lower the certainty bar on the Suggestions page.
Does AI read my email?
Section titled “Does AI read my email?”Only the mailboxes you connect yourself, and only to match messages to your records, summarize threads and draft replies you ask for. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time in Settings.
