Check signing status and download the signed copy

Open Library › Signatures to see every signature request and its status: Draft, Out for signature, Partially signed, Signed by everyone, Declined, Cancelled or Expired. Open a request to see each signer’s progress, press Send a reminder, or, once everyone has signed, press Download signed PDF.

  1. Open Library › Signatures.
  2. Filter with Out for signature, Drafts, Completed or Declined & cancelled, or use Search by title. Each row shows how many people have signed, for example “1 of 2 signed”.
  3. Open a request. Who’s signing lists each recipient and where they are: Waiting their turn, Invitation sent, Opened the document, Signed or Declined.
  • Send a reminder: emails everyone who still needs to act. If nobody does, you see “Nobody needed a reminder right now.” Automatic reminders follow the default schedule unless turned off.
  • Cancel this request: enter Why are you cancelling? and press Cancel request. Everyone’s signing links stop working immediately. The record of the request is kept.
  • Correct & resend: makes a fresh draft copy of a sent request, so you can fix it and send it again.

When the request shows Signed by everyone:

  1. Open it and press Download signed PDF.
  2. Download the certificate of completion as well. It lists who signed, when, and every step they took.
  3. Press Audit trail to see each event: sent, opened, agreed to sign electronically, signed, and the tamper-evident seal applied.

Their link stops working when the request is cancelled, declined or expired. Open the request to see which. If it expired, use Correct & resend.

A signer declined. Their reason is on the request. Nobody else is asked to sign. Fix the issue and send a new request with Correct & resend.
