Team members and roles

Every person in a ProspectingView workspace has one or more roles: Admin, Manager, Broker, Agent, Assistant or Member. Admins manage who is in the workspace; Admins and Managers run the workspace’s settings, phone numbers and automations; everyone else works their own records and calls. Manage your team in Settings › Team.

  • Only Admins can invite people, make someone an Admin or remove a teammate.
  • The person who created the workspace is an Admin.
Role Typical person In short
Admin The owner or office manager Everything, including who is in the workspace and the brand kit.
Manager A team lead Runs workspace settings, phone numbers, automations and everyone’s records.
Broker A producing broker Calls and works records, and sees the team dashboard.
Agent An agent or caller Calls and works records. The default role for new invites.
Assistant An assistant who calls for a broker Calls and works records. Does not handle unassigned incoming calls.
Member Someone who needs access without calling Works records, but has no phone or dialer.

A person can hold more than one role, for example Broker and Manager. They can then do everything either role allows.

“Own” means only the records assigned to that person.

  2. On their row under Members, press Remove from workspace.
  3. Read the confirmation. It says they lose access immediately, and lists what is still assigned to them, for example “3 contacts, 1 property, 0 deals and 2 tasks”.
  4. Press Remove from workspace.

They lose access at once. Their records stay assigned to them until you reassign them, so reassign their contacts, properties, deals and tasks from each grid. Their seat is freed for someone else.

You can’t remove yourself, and you can’t remove the only Admin: make someone else an Admin first.
