Set up your ProspectingView workspace
Your workspace is your firm’s private area in ProspectingView. After you first sign in, the Create Your Workspace page asks for your name and your organization’s name, builds a web address from the name, and asks what you focus on. Press Create Workspace and you become its Admin, on a free 14-day trial.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You have created your account and opened the sign-in link.
- Decide on the organization name your team will recognize, for example your brokerage’s name.
- On Create Your Workspace, check that Email shows your address. It is filled in from your sign-in.
- Type your name in Your Name.
- Type your firm’s name in Organization Name, for example “Northline Commercial”.
- Look at the preview on the right. Under Your workspace you see the web address ProspectingView will use. Available means it is free. If the name is taken, a short suffix is added for you. Your final address is confirmed when the workspace is created.
- Under What do you focus on?, pick every tile that applies: Residential, Commercial, Leasing, Acquisitions & investment, Rentals & property management or Land & development. This is optional, and you can change it later in your profile.
- Press Create Workspace. A short setup screen runs while your workspace is prepared.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Your workspace opens. You are its Admin, so you can invite teammates, buy phone numbers and change workspace settings. The free trial includes every feature of the Max plan, with limits, for 14 days. See plans and pricing.

Troubleshooting

Section titled “Can I change the web address later?”Choose the organization name you want before you press Create Workspace. The address is built from it and confirmed at creation.
I already belong to a workspace. Where is the setup page?
Section titled “I already belong to a workspace. Where is the setup page?”If a colleague invited you and you joined their workspace, you skip this page and land in their workspace. You only see Create Your Workspace when your account has no workspace yet.
It says my name is required
Section titled “It says my name is required”Your Name and Organization Name are both required. Fill in both and press Create Workspace again.
