Invite your team to ProspectingView
To invite a teammate, go to Settings › Team, press Invite member, enter their email, pick a role and press Send invite. They get an email with a link that adds them to your workspace. Only Admins can invite people, and each plan includes a set number of team members.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You are an Admin of the workspace. The person who created the workspace is an Admin.
- You have a free seat. The free trial includes 2 team members; paid plans include more. See plans and pricing.
- Decide on the role. See Team and roles for what each role can do.
- In the side menu, open Settings › Team. You see Members and Invites.
- Press Invite member. The Invite a team member window opens.
- Type their work address in Email.
- Choose a Role: Admin, Manager, Broker, Agent or Assistant. Agent is selected by default.
- Press Send invite. You see Invite sent to and their address, and the invite appears under Invites as Invited.
What your teammate does
Section titled “What your teammate does”- They open the invitation email and click the link. The page says Join and your workspace name, and which role they were invited as.
- They press Continue with email and sign in with the address the invite was sent to.
- They press Join and your workspace name. They land in your workspace.
Resend or revoke an invite
Section titled “Resend or revoke an invite”- Resend: under Invites, press Resend on an invite that is Invited or Expired.
- Revoke: press Revoke on an invite that is still Invited, then Revoke again to confirm. The link stops working.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“They already have a pending invite”
Section titled ““They already have a pending invite””Use Resend on their existing invite instead of sending a new one.
“That person is already a member of this workspace”
Section titled ““That person is already a member of this workspace””They have already joined. Find them under Members.
My teammate says the invite link doesn’t work
Section titled “My teammate says the invite link doesn’t work”The page says This invite link is no longer valid when an invite was revoked or has expired. Press Resend, or send a new invite. If it says the invite was sent to a different email address, they must sign out and sign in with the invited address.
I don’t see Invite member
Section titled “I don’t see Invite member”Only Admins can invite people. Ask an Admin of your workspace to invite your teammate, or to make you an Admin.
